This philosophy was forged to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of development and construction projects of all sizes while improving quality, price and customer satisfaction. This philosophy also seeks to bridge the gap between the construction budget and the larger (but often forgotten) project budget by including the all of the myriad soft costs that can total more than 30% of the total budget. Only by addressing both project and construction costs can an accurate financial pro-forma be made which shows the true cost of a project.
